Ok, so I have tried and it works.
- install drivers first (as stated on the cd)
- plug device when asked
- reboot
- install Cross
- launch

All the audio is handled by the hardware (volume monitor and volume master).
Beware to put the cue source switch to A/B (left position) and your speakers on the back of the device (not the computer !).

EDIT :
I remember that on the first play after starting Cross, this is happening.
The reason is that at launch the device and the software aren't in sync with the position of some faders and knobs. So you need to touch them once to reset position.
