Support needed

Hello,

I currently have the Numark IDJ3. Included with it is the Mixvibes Cross 1.3.4 version software. The software works well on my computer but doesn't work at all on the controller. What I mean is I can't do anything on the controller at all. It's powered up through the usb connection. Please inform me on how to get the controller active.

I just purchased iDJ3 and I am having the same issue! Did you eventually fix it?

@N-Deep - What do you mean when you say "Did you activate the MIDI preset"? Where is that located?

Please let me know.

If there is a fix to do, it isn't on MV side.

You have a conflict between your hardware and your computer with the usb drivers.
Try to uninstall your webcam if you have one.
