Hello sales team,

I received my DVS Ultimate pack just an hour ago. With the serial printed on the CD sticker installation was not a problem. Could already play around with the app

Then I made activation which was succesfully within half a second :eek:

And now I wanted to register but my profile says "invalid serial" :cry:

still can not register the DVS Ultimate pack :confused:

FAQ is not helpful since there is no subject regarding invalid serials.
Serial has full 29 characters, was valid for program installation and activation, and shows the correct pattern XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
