serial number lost

hello my serial number is lost from Cross discover DJ 1.2.9 he is installed on my laptop and that works but on my PC i need the registration code again and i dont have it anymore i have lost the number.
can you give me my number back if thats possible?

If you didn't recod it into your profil BEFORE, then it is lost...

but can you help me? i need that code or another code to come in into the program do you have something for me or can i see the code on my laptop where the program is installed?
