Discover DJ Help

I tried to reinstall my Mixvibes Cross LE software...and cant find the sleeve with the serial number. How do I do about getting some help on this. I called Ion....but they were no real help.
Any help would be great.

You didn't register your serial here BEFORE so now it is lost.
