Sound doesn't work ?

I have a Numark iDJ3 and my sound didn't work. So I changed the sound output to my laptop instead of my amp, and that worked. But the sound that's supposed to go to my headphones so I can cue up my next song doesn't work .

I'm a complete noob at this haha .

Any answers ?

I put in the serial number, but I don't know anything else about hardware or anything. Again, I'm a complete noob at anything related to sound .

You have to enter your serial into your profile in this forum - we don't talk about the entry during your installation. If you enter your serial in your profile we can help you, otherwise we are not allowed to help.
