I purchased and open box Numark IDJ3 at Best Buy yesterday and they don’t have the sleeve for MixVibes Cross 1.3.4. I have tried everything to get the serial from them or another unit, or from another store. The only thing they can offer me is an exchange for a different model, I don’t want a different model.
They did have this unit installed on a laptop in the store and we tried to extract the serial number from that laptop with no success.
What information do you need from me to supply me with the serial code needed? Receipt number, serial number on the bottom of the unit?
Your help is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED…
