Help Please!! Discover DJ Deck

Hi,

I Just bought DJ Discover Mixvibes - Cross

The programme itself works fine no issues, however when I plug the DJ Discover deck in all the lights stay on and Cross does not detect the deck?

I just downloaded the update from DJ 1.2.9 to DJ 1.3.2 - still no joy

Computer recognises USB Device - "Working properly" ?

Can anyone help

If the controller wasn't detected you couldn't even launch Cross (try with no controller).

May be your device is faulty : try on another computer to be sure...
