No signal of HD timecode CDs

I finally got my HDCDs and as I was playing with them I found couple problems
*When I scratch the CD gets stock like drumroll and moves backwards so I have to press play to stop and play it again.
* When I go to preference and check for the signal it says 0 signal, but the music plays, and finally when I use the relative mode I cannot set hot cues, cues, or use the pitch. Is there something wrong??
I have use Virtual DJ for couple months hot cues kinda work as well the scratch, the only thing that does not work is the pitch.

Sound card American audio versa port and 2 radius 1000
BTW wil my players work in Cross as MIDI controllers I try but I didnt have any sucess thank you.

The decks in the software should be in Vinyl not CD mode.

Yes,you need more than 90% signal to have a working solution.

All this work in Cross.

I don't know if the Radius 1000 have MIDI capabilities (the 2000/3000 have for sure !) but in the next update of Cross you could map them by yourself.

What you need to do is correctly set the inputs levels of your soundcard to reach a 100% TC signal and everything will be solved.

I guess it is the input volume, because having 0% of detected TC and control of the medias is not a normal behavior.

So I try everything I put the input volume to the max in the software related to the card, I have also changed the the cables. plug it into another computer and I still have the same problem I am getting tired of this may be the timecodes are scratch will this affect the performance and the scratch mode if so where can I get this timecodes? I do not have this problem with other softwares I have tracktor Pro demo and VDJ and they work fine the signals are 100% all the time so I do not what really is going on thank you

Nop everything is simple no FX nothing not even a loaded track in it but, now I am facing another problem on the top of the deck where displays the timecode position it change to a library so it let me go trought the library but there is no way back meaning that I cannot swirch to go back and control the track I go back to the first track and still going to my library. So I have to shut down the program and run it again I do not know whats going on and there is no way I get my money back so I have to find the way to make it work just like the video demo does my cd players works fine with other software like I mentioned before even the MIDI function works. Thank you once again
