So i bought the ION Discover DJ install it all that jazz.
go to put the cd key in and it comes up invalid.
how do i go bout fixing this?
(it worked fine on my other computer before the computer blew up)

Hi Suspect,

Here's a couple tips that *might* help:

- Watch out for hyphens, make sure they get included (Cross should do it automatically, been a while since I installed it)

- Quadruple check! I've typo'd a few times while entering the serial number, only to find that I've messed something up

- I'm guessing you bought the DDJ new from the store? If so, I believe you can contact Ion about your serial number (make sure you've got the right purchase info, etc.) and they might be able to sort you out -- if all else fails.

i bought it lastweek, had it on my laptop.
that fried during a poweroutage.
went to put it on my desktop computer and it wont work

Ouch, laptop losses are never fun... That's odd that it won't work, MV keys work on up to 2 computers.

have prob!! my cd key got 28 number
what is Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it)
