I bought the ion discover DJ system (usb plug in) and tried installing the software. It asked for a registration code which i thought was on the box because i bought the turntable new, but to my dismay the codes on the box didnt work. Then people told me the codes on the sleeve of the CD but their are no codes on the sleeve. Where can i get another serial to activate the software so i can make my product usable?

welcome to mixvibes fourm ,not an expert,nor have the total info, but you probley need to get in contack with the retailer you purchessed the ion discover DJ controller, to return it or get the proper serial number to registar the software, dont know what recourse you would have by trying to go to ion to try to get the proper serial #,but that would be my choices if i happened on to the same delima if any one with more info or solutions they will present them to you at first oppunity

Hi, where did you buy your Discover DJ from?

This is a Ion product, so you should see with the Ion support. They have all the serials needed for their products.
