Hi, Sorry, I have Vfx for the test. When the Vfx Controller is turned off, the LED is on, but when I switch on, so no lights lit (LED or Controls). What shall I do? Thanks.

The lights turn on when you have it running with the software/plugged in via USB. That's what I can think of at least, as it does the same thing to me.

Of course, I have the software/plugged in via USB Controller. Everything works but the light controls is off.

USB drivers conflict, your usb messages from computer to controler are blocked.
May happen with some webcams drivers or wireless mice.

I don´t use webcams drivers or wireless mice. I have only KVM switch between two PCs.

If I remember well it's just the way it works.

Yes, When I press buttons, actions happens but buttons are off.

Ok, it still a usb conflict between the usb audio drivers from windows and something else.
The issue is called 'filter drivers'.

the leds buttons depending of MIDI OUT mapping !
if you are remapping the MIDI control of your VFXcontrol
by the internal editor, or by MIDI learn
then DELETE all MIDI OUT scripts !
(it's a bug from old version of MixVibes Software
when the midiOut not supported)

Solution :
replace the file "MixVibes Vfx Control.ini"
in the MixVibesVFX/MIDI program folder
from installation CD, or upgrade files.

The remapping of this MIDI configuration
without erase the MidiOut commands
today must make from externals tools or text editors.
