Go to C:\Documents and Settings\user_session_name\Application Data\MixVibes\Cross
and delete Cross.settings
Launch Cross WITHOUT the soundcard.
Quit.
Plug the souncard (wait for detection)
Launch Cross with the soundcard.

Do you use a "clean" install of windows? Means device drivers only installed? Network card disabled? AntiVirus disabled?
Just wondering what result you get out of DPC Latency Checker?
