i have just purchased mixvibes home edition and a citronic smfx-200 mixer. i have loaded mix vibes, but can not get it to recognise my mixer. how do i get it to connect (register) to my mixer? do i need any speacial leads or what?
welcome to mixvibes and home 7, if not in the instruction manual then there are tutorials on audio set up not shure what mixer you purchesed, but if it a anolog mixer you would hook up the outputs from your soundcards, internal on computer and supplied usb sound card to the inputs of your mixer, possibly to line in as you would turn tables to phono input, and the output to your sound system, not clear as to why you would want M V home to reconize the mixer,, have used home 7 on my computer with installed sc and usb sound card .installed sc going out to my home system and the usb for the headphones,.a little more info might help get it sorted for you

Hey Bro- your mixer is as follows : •2 channel, 7 input mixer - 2 aux/phono, 2-line, 1 mic and 2 USB for PC playback and recording. Your mixer cant be used as a 'MIDI' device to control or manipulate Mixvibes software/ or any audio software for that matter - only for playback and recording of audio on your PC. Cheers
