ok i got the discovery DJ and the Cross discover DJ ... the turn table doesn't respond in the program?! very frusterating to only be able to play wit the crossfade and volume levels... HEEEEEEELP

welcome to mixvibes,briefly search the help section, bug reports section to find any related topics,also need a little more info on operating system ,computer sc . also ther are updates to the software to correct known issues that have been resolved, not enough info to properly try to troubleshoot and help get it sorted for you,

also check the download center to make shure you have the latest version

It sounds like the unit might be defective.

SORRY BOUT THE DELAY but im not to computer savey ... my homie made the computer for me and he gave me these specs...

3.4 Ghz
AMD Phenom processor
2.6 gb DDR3 Ram @ 1800 MHZ

500 gb harddrive...

my problem can't be faulty controller because... the tables are unresponsive somewhat... like when i have the setting on tempo the tables control the temp but won't scratch... unless im moving the mouse... (kinda hard to use the crossfader with one hand on the mouse) but once the mouse stops moving... it will juz go back to playing and the tables are again unresponsive that is until i move the mouse again...

And what happen if you put it in scratch mode ?

nothing... if i keep in on scratch its like i said ... gotta have the mouse moving...

im using windows 7 as well... if thats a factor

usb conflict somewhere.
