I have just bought Cross software and looked up what Interfaces are compatible. It says Native Instruments Audio 8 is fine. I presume Audio 4 would work but when I try to set up my time coded Vinyl it doesn't recognize any inputs??..what the problem.

- you need the asio drivers
- you need to switch the type of input signal on the soundcard

OK..have tried switching input on the soundcard, so I need the asio drivers?

Have downloaded and installed the latest OSX driver software. but still getting this. see pic.

Very simple, your computer don't see the soundcard and if your on a Mac at the same place there is :
AUDIO 4 DJ Driver 2.3.14 - Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6 22.10.2009 16.8 MB

Go to "Audio 4 DJ Settings" and check only in input mode "LINE (CD CONTROL". This is in windows but i believe there is also in mac.
