Dose crosspack work without the sound card and just the usb input on cdj400 and cdj 2000/900?

I still think you still need a soundcard to read the timecode cd's, rather than being able with the direct USB connection from the CDJs; as they are for 'MIDI controlling', not sound reproduction.
