I see you're able to get all the video formats to play, but do you have the right codec packs or are they able to play via media players that support the file type?

o.k. i did download codecs from 2 different sources and i got the players but could not figure out how to intigrate the into Producer..... talked to a kid i work with and he suggested to download a converter to convert the mp4 files to a file that will be compatible with me software.. after several different attempts i tried a conversion to standard mpeg and it worked now all i have to do is find a convertor that won't cost me !!!!
