Hello!
Can I use my Denon DN-S 3700 by MIDI with Cross 1.2.7?

Not yet, a bigger MIDI support with different controllers is planned for further relaeses.

Oh and do not forget to update your version of Cross! Right hand side at the download section!!!!!!!
