Patch 7.218 - Problem...?

PostPosted: 05 Feb 2010, 12:05

Hi,

Using Windows 7..

I've just installed the 7.218 update patch & am having some problems..
The left hand console seems to be running with no music playing..!
Also some of the controls do not work correctly - turning in the opposite direction to the mouse etc...

Anyone got any ideas before I uninstall & reinstall the older version ?

Thanks,
J

Try reset.exe in the DVS folder.

I think you'd better give your whole setup :
decks /soundcard / drivers computer specs and so on.

ok, so from the early start you've got something wrong.
Let's solve the timecode=0%

Assuming the right deck work fine (see previous posts) does both decks have the same settings ?

Stylus
do you use the same cartridges on both decks ? What happen if you reverse cartridges ?

Decks
Inverting inputs of both decks on the soundcard give what result ?

Both needles and cartrages are the same.NONE of the record decks work.
I can only play music without the decks using mixvibes

How does the signal waveforms looks like ?
They should be perfectly rounded.

Can you explain where these wave forms you are talking about are?
If its on the screen where you calebrate the decks they are not rounded they are going all over the place.

So you have a serious problem.
You should redo the whole install and setup process from scratch.
