Loading a track in your Playlist..

Hello peoples,

I've upgraded from DVS7, and some usefull things from DVS7 are not working the same in Cross. ( see also topic "Keyboard commands in Cross").

When, in DVS7, you load a track into a player, the track automatically is saved in your "Mediabase".. Something i think is very handy, because when you are playing an awesome mix, you can save this at any time..
But in Cross, a selected track isn't automatically loaded in the "Playlist", you have to do this yourself, with the mouse or keypad.. And because your also have to think about which window is selected ( for looping etc..) i'm a lot more busy with my mouse/keypad and laptop then in DVS7...

Anyone got the same problems..??

Grtz Robin..

In Cross, it DOES load into your 'Collection/mediabase' list. You have to 'save' the 'collection/mediabase' in Cross to retain it there for next load.
It does not automatically load into the 'playlist' of DVS7, nor Cross either... sorta confused on what you are trying to explain
Cheers

In Cross it is automatically loaded in your collection and when you quit Crossit is automatically saved with the collection. So when you're back, the collection is there with the previously added/played files.

No but it is in the collection and if you sort it by last time played then you can drag the hot mix part to a playlist and save/export it.

A known issue of Cross about the focus windows.
