Hi i am new here :)

i got 2 stanton t.62 a Numark dm950 mixer and mixvibes DVS. Mixvibes gets a perfekt timecode signal everything is fine except that it ignores the crossfader of my mixer. I would like to hear one deck on the monitor and the other on my headphones controlling it with the crossfader for my headophone. thanks in advance!

Best regards

You should set both decks in the software to [01], and put the monitor dot in the sound configuration to outputs 3&4.
Then activate the cue headphone on the deck you wan to route to [02]

Now your main is [01] aka 1&2
et your monitor/headphone cue is [02] aka 3&4.

Thanks for your replay. I put both decks on 01 and if i now click on the headphones i can listen to the second deck which is not to hear on monitor. But is there now possibility that i can crossfade and listen to the next song with my mixer? do i always have to click the headphones button and crossfade in mixvibes?

Yes because this is not a regular setup : you asked to have the crossfader between air<|>headphone

With a regular setup each deck have it own channels, and the crossfader is for what is on air (not the headphone).
It would look like deck1<|>deck2 and all the headphone part is done on the mixer not in the software.

Hi moedaroller,

Fant0m's using a different version of MixVibes than you are, but this should point you more in the right direction: viewtopic.php?f=207&t=16080
