Hi all !
Sorry abut the inconvenience, but my MIXVIBES doesn't recognize my turntables, I really appreciate your help.

My DVS U-MIX44 on install wizard when is asked to select audio inputs, i can't select U-MIX44 sound device 1 - U-Mix44 sound device 2 for stereo out 1 and 3/4 (the next one) for stereo out 2, because it just appears 0/1 and 2/3 (0 - U-Mix44 sound device 1for stereo out 1 and 2 - U-Mix44 sound device 3 for stereo out 2).

I've installed Asio4all 2.9 but timecode quality stills at 0%.

please help-me, I've been around this problem since days  thanks a lot

Regards, André L.V.

Hi Djegun!
thanks a lot!
I've done all of those steps yet but I can't find the vinyl volume or CD volume, I've windows Vista and in audio input MixVibes sound device there's no sound bar in the right side, although in the properties of the line I've put the level to 100... but still not working
:(
http://mixvibes.com/support/?p=815&lang=en
see that bar on the right side of line in, in my windows it just don't appear

How I find Vinyl volume in Vista?
How I post Prt Scr here? to show my record devices

To make it easiest we can switch msn's mail if you want.

Thanks a lot again

Regards, André

Hi,
*To adjust the U-Mix44 volumes in Vista: go to [Start > Control panel > Sounds].

1. Set the output level: select MixVibes U-MIX44 Sound Device in ‘Sound Playback’. Then click on 'Properties'. Click on ’Volume’ or 'Level' maximise all faders.
2. Set the input level: select MixVibes U-MIX44 Sound Device in ’Sound Recording’. Then click on 'Properties'. Click on ’Volume’ maximise the fader (because you use vinyl).
Look at the second images in the FAQ: http://mixvibes.com/support/?p=815&lang=en

* If you're french read this manual (with the u46mk2 but the configurations are the same). http://www.mixvibes.com/site/pageeng/pa ... al#dvspack

*You can post screenshots: you can see the 'Transfer attached file' (something like that or 'Transférer une picèce jointe' in french) below your post. Here you can add file.

Hi,
I've edited my last comment i think you didn't read it.

I've done all of those steps... and still not working.

I'll try post a prt scr to show you what bar I'm talking about.

There's no option below my post to put the prt scr

can I send the pic to your mail ?

Thanks, André.

Choose the third tab 'Melhoramentos' and not the first one to see the sound bar.

In the second tab, 'niveis' there's a bar that is in 100, in 'melhoramentos' appears some definitions not a sound bar.

Thank you for keep helping me.

Ok you can run your Mixvibes now.

*Use the install wizard and follow the instructions as explained in the quick start guide http://www.mixvibes.com/Manuals/DVS%20UMIX.pdf

*If you sill have a problem:
- post a configuration report: http://mixvibes.com/support/?p=51&lang=en
- post a screenshot of your vinyl/cd inputs [Preferences > Options]
it should be like that: http://mixvibes.com/support/?p=832&lang=en
