Discover DJ Help

Hello all,
I just got the Ion Discover DJ and I'm having trouble loading the Mixvibes Cross LE software on my Macbook. The entire installation process works fine until I try to open the program from my applications folder. The Cross icon opens in my menu bar for a moment, but then disappears without opening the program.
The specs for my Macbook are as follows:
Mac running Mac OS X 10.4.11, Tiger I believe
2Ghz Intel Core duo processor
1 GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Known issue with Tiger, an update should be there very very soon.

Hi,
I also just get the Ion discover DJ
I have the same problem is there a solution to the problem?

I am not good at this, but I have the same problem and I just want my ion DJ thing to work. How do I get the update for my Cross Mixvibes software?

Hey Jaydank. Welcome to Mixvibes...
On the right side of the screen, there is a section called 'board index'. In there go to 'downloads'.
Go there and download and update to the latest version.

Same problem here, but on OSX Leopard. I downloaded the 1.3.2, but it still crashes every single time as soon as I try to open the program.

It only crashes when I plug in the Discover DJ. If I try to launch the program without it plugged in, it comes up the message "Failed to detect Discover DJ" and gives me the option to retry or quit. As soon as I plug in the Discover DJ, the program crashes. I've tried in all the USB ports available on the computer.
