DJ tech I-Mix Unknown Device When Connected...

well, i just received my DJ tech i(mix for x mas and the first time i installed mixvices and connected the turntable to the laptop, everything was working.
but i switched off my computer.. and since then, my turntable is not recognized by windows ( windows 7) but i also tried with vista and xp... "unknown device...) sometimes it works... i have to take off the usb from my turn table and replug it... but it works like 1/40..... i'm really pissed off about that and i about to resend this turntable to buy another one cauve i've seen that a lot of people have some problems with that... by the way.. where are the drivers and where to put them??? i would like to put the drivers in my system files by myself in the right file but i cant find any driver or explaination... if someone could help me.... thx a lot !! apreciated !!
