on my new PC (dell studio 1555 Intel core 2 duo t6600 @ 2.20 ghz 4gb ram) ive installed mixvibes and u46mk2 ... but every time i use the u46 (with mixvibes , with ableton .. or a simple multimedia player) it makes the cpu go evry 5 seconds to 50% of usage ... i found that problem is the System Interupt... the problem is that when it appends the performance of the PC goes down ... ideas??? (i've tired to use asio4all drivers and the ne esi drivers ... is the same thing... i've added a power suply to the intrvace and is the same thinga)

on the same PC ... i've insalled a windows xp partition.. in widnows xp i don't ave the problem of 50%cpu usage .. but.. and with evry latency .. i hear some clicks... and the cpu is ever at 20%

hi whitelion, did you have these issues on your previous PC ?

with this configuration you should have no issues neither on XP, nor Win7.

which vesion of DVS did you install by the way ?

change this to performance

looks like the issue is the computer... if the set up worked on another laptop, its probably not a U46 issue.

Do you know anyone who has another ASIO sound card to make a test ??

Is it 32 or 64bits Seven ?
I tried on my W7-32 and everything was ok. :( (that's why it took me so long).

EDIT : I have a peak every 4 or 5 min on one core to 50% but this does not affect the sound or hang the computer.
