Most of my tracks used to be in 45rpm on 12" records when i used 'real' vinyl, so does this have a benefit with timecoded records that are running @ 33? Is there more accuracy running the v2 vinyls @ 45rpm? To do with the 'feel' maybe?

(i know this is on the current 1.3.0.RC release only, but i do not know where to post my question).

Personal preference is often the reason people choose 45RPM when using timecode vinyl. The number one reason is yes, singles are usually always pressed at 45RPM Regarding accuracy, as there is a higher rate of timecode signal, the 'fidelity' is technically increased. Because the movements are less sensitive to your track then you can call that more accurate. Some people prefer scratching on 33RPM because the rate is slower, whereas others prefer 45RPM as their movement can be more erratic, or yes - a greater degree of accuracy as the same sample covers a greater stylus distance on the vinyl

'Feel' is the most important factor here. If you are more comfortable with 45RPM, then that is what you should use

That was my thinking on the matter too-more code = more data feed(timecode)for the same amount of digital music manipulation. I do like the feel alot more. DVS had the 45 option, and i forgot about it after using Cross for a while!

I am using the timecode records at 33RPM because I am mixing tracks that are sometimes longer than 9 Minute. At 45RPM the sound stopped everytime for at least 2 secondes when the needle went from the timecode into this endless round, so I have chosen 33RPM.
