I need help updating my software. I registered when I bought the box but did not log in and cannot remember user name or password. I created a new profile and tried to enter the serial number again but got a prompt that said that the serial number had already been entered. How can I delete the old profile when I don't remember the login information so I can re-enter my serial number under the new profile?? Thank you!

Hi Eddie,

am besten schreibst du eine private Nachricht an den User N-Deep. Dieser verwaltet die Keys und so weiter. Leider wird das aber vor Montag nichts, da er dann normalerweise erst im Büro ist.

Exactly, the MV team is off on the weekend so you won't have access until sometime on Monday. Once your serial gets fixed, head on over to the Download Center and grab the latest update.
