Hello,

today I wanted to test the Asio4All driver because a lot of guys in the internet prefer this driver instead of the usual esi driver. So I tried to install and configure it but after two hours I could not get the driver to work with DVS. So I wanted to get back to the original driver (you can find it in the download section) because this one worked for me since I own DVS. After a total reinstallation of DVS with the board's driver I was more than surprised when DVS popped up with the error that the asio driver was not found. I tried to trick but nothing worked. So I deinstalled it again (btw always used a registry cleaner) and tried it at a different USB port. But this did not work, too. So I remembered that there was someone posting a new esi driver at the forum. I had a quick look at this thread and downloaded and installed the driver. Installed DVS again and what can I say? It works!!!!! Now it took me some minutes to integrate the MIDI controller and to build my library and mediabase and after some hours of pain I am feeling good again.

So all I wanted to tell you is, that this driver you can find above is working. To me it works really good!

Have a nice weekend and greetings,

Steve

Hey Blackbrook ;) This goes to show that when you have an installation taht works well... it's rarely a good idea to chnage unless for vital reason (big improvement/upgrade you've been waiting for)
