HELP: headphones with U-Mix 44

Hello!

I have an urgent question, since I'm supposed to take care of the music this evening ... I have MixVibes Cross DJ 1.2.9 installed, and I also have a MixVibes U-Mix 44. The U-Mix 44 is connected to the computer (PC, Windows Vista) via USB, and one output (left and right) are connected with loudspeakers. If I plug in my headphones in the headphone output of the U-Mix 44, I don't receive any signal. If I click on the headphone picture on one of the players in Cross DJ, that song just comes out louder of the loudspeakers, but I hear nothing through the headphones. Does anyone know which settings I have to change/which connections I have to change/how I can switch a player in Cross DJ between two outputs??? I'm sorry, maybe this question was already asked, but I could not find an answer yet for the specific combination of Cross DJ 1.2.9 and U-Mix 44.

Thank you very much!!!

Not sure if you've remedied your problem yet, but are you using the Simple Stereo routing mode? If so, make sure all of your active input/output channels are all green. Let me know if you're still having problems.

Check the setting of the U-Mix 44 in the sound control panel of Vista.

Sometimes the volume of the main and headphones outputs are not set to their max values...
