I noticed that in Mixvibes under Options>Soundcard the Audio Interface options doesn't allow me to click on ASIO to choose the U46: only has Kernal. I'm assuming a solution will help solve my problem of that the U46MK2 v1.0.41 shows no input, master, moniter or output. (since I did not have this problem with other computers using Vista). Help would be greatly appreciated

Thank You Very Much. You just saved me around 500euro's. Yet I'm afriad it came with a problem. Well just as bad. I now have a non stop "Bypass" sound which continues throughout songs and will not stop even if i press the 'bypass' button

Your welcome man...hope it all goes smooth from here.. :surprised:
Well the bypass button is just for when using real vinyl.

Onto your problem; If the noise that your are hearing sounds like a high pitched drone, it comes from the control records...
You have to put the OUTPUTS to zero, not mute the vinyls(turntables).
The computer needs the DATA signals to control the software, not the audible data as you don't want to hear that crap!!!

Cant remember clearly on the U46mk2 how to do it, but i think it might be on the front panel. Direct and mix knob? There might be a related post in regards to the U46mk2 controls.
happy spinning ;)
