I was installed evrything by the video tuttorial, but when i started, i have signal on my mixer(vestaxpmc06), but mixer and card do not react on system at all. Master level on mixer and card is on minimal, but i hear everything on mu speakers. When i manipulate on record everything work ok, but my crossfader, gains, mid, treble... don't work, same thing is on card
My turntables are StantonT.120.

to make a config report ....in mixvibes go option / config report
that will make a text file...copy & paste text into this forum post

( when you do a config report play both your time code vinly & set the pitch to 0.00% )

1)..frist up your using 7.010...so you need to do your up-date to 7.21

2)..why are you using RIAA pre-amps in the software when your sound card has it own pre-amps.???

this is options by default. please tell me where and what i should change

now i fix this problem, but now i have signal only on 1 one side of mixer and it's too loud.
And timing is not so good

we will start right at the beginning....I will ask some ???? as we go

1)..plug your turntables outputs to the sound card inputs...
left turntable go's to sound card inputs 1&2 , right turntable go's to sound card 3&4....now sound card outputs 1 & 2 + 3 & 4 go to the mixers line input ( not the phono inputs )
sound card output 1 & 2 go's to the left channel and 3 & 4 go's to the right channel on you mixer
....[ so check your mixer line / phono switch to see if its set to line ]

now before you do anything in mixvibes you have to do a windows XP tweak...
in window go start / control panel / system / advanced / in the performance box click the setting box...another window will open up with the title performance options...go advance / now in the processor scheduling box click on background services
this will give you more processor power to mixvibes & make mixvibes run better for time code vinly

now to start the mixvibes set up
do a install wizard...go options / install wizard
the install wizard will set up the sound card for you

now go back to option / peference / sound card & vinly page to do your fine-tuning...[ like to turn off the Riaa pre-amps

ok now we are getting somewhere

for the sound being to loud...turn down the 2 gain knobs on the front off the sound card & turn down the line outputs in mixvibes output rack up in the tool bar...[ on my sound card I have the 2 gain knobs down to off & I tune with the output rack just a bit]

for the two deck being on one side
check the output number on the mixvibes skin
deck 1output number 1...deck 2 output number 2

now i fix that too, now i got another problem, i hear mu right turntable only on left side of speakers, and my card still don't react on anything. When i increase volume on card nothing is hepen, just like with gains, but everthyng else is seams to work good - with out card!?

how much latency i should put for some speedy scratches?
