Windows 7

Hellow, i'm looking for a new laptop to use with my Mixvibes DVS.
Now the newest computers have Windows 7 running on it, but is that compatibele with Mixvibes DVS and the U46 mkII soundcard?
If so, are mixvibes and its soundcard also compatible with the 64 bit version of Windows 7?

Hi Hollender, welcome to the forums!

To answer both of your questions: yes! MixVibes will work on Windows 7, and it will work on the 64-bit platform. On 64, you'll need to use the ASIO4ALL driver instead.

Well, i finally have my laptop!
But somehow i have a problem with my asio driver.
Every time i start the installation wizard, it says "U46 asio driver not present".
I use the latest version of mixvibes 7.218 with the newest asio4all driver, and it's running on a Sony Vaio laptop, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
I get everything running, but with clicks in the sound. I guess it's running without the proper driver.
Can anyone help?

Okay, i allready had that driver installed, but without result.
I tried the esi driver, also without succes.
Now i uninstalled eveything, fresh mixvibes installation, esi driver, no result. uninstalled the esi driver, installed the mixvibes 3.0, still no result.
Also un- and re-installed the asio4all.
I don't get the "driver not present" message anymore.
The problem now is that mixvibes doesn't get a signal from the turntables. And i'm sure they're okay, checked the signal on my mixer.

Nope, can't get stuff working here.
I just reinstalled Mixvibes DVS, did all the upgrades, installed the asio4all driver, and the u46mkII v3.0.
No changes.
I can't get a signal from my TT's.
I can play sounds over my u46 though.

I'm a bit lost : why do you had all these drivers on the system ? (ESI / MV / ASIO4ALL).
The only thing it can do for you is corrupting the registry base.

Can you please send a screen shoot of the U46 panel ?
Soundcard tab in MV / Keep U46 settings : enable or not ?
