from what i can see you are in France so shouldnt be any problem in getting replacement cd's

I saw you're using 3DEX. You can't get timecode control with this software. The good news is as a betatester team member (are you?) you should grab another version of the software which is timecode compatible (DVS, Producer or Cross).
