I ve have some questions about MV DVS7 MK2 :

Whats the difference between absolute, relative, real time and Jog Wheel mode ?

How can I use a MIDI controller Akai Mpd-24 with MV ?

Sure you can use all MIDI controler. Some MIDI controler's files is already in MV and you can juste chose and use it. For another MIDI controler you can map you contoler using midilearn.
About Absolut Relative and all relative.
In absolut mode you use your time code vinyle like a real vinyle. When you change the place of the needle your music change alsow. All relative mode : you can drop your needle where you want, the music stay at the same place.
