Hey guys

recently i realised they put vst support into DVS home and came across a nice vst that gives punch to the music, its the bbe sonic maximizer plugin, have tried altering latency up to 512 but i just cant seem to be able to get it to run smooth on my mixes (always get the few glitches in there) the specs for this vst are very low and i dont see how i would be getting latency issues... sorry for the noobish description heres my setup

mixvibes DVS 7.218
delta 44

windows xp sp3 running on a intel core 2 quad (Q6600) 2.4ghz
2gb of ram

no doubt ive left out a very important piece of information lol

many thanks

To me VST plugins can be very CPU consuming. Make sure your computer is twicked enough to support this.

well done that man!

turns out i didnt test high enough on my latency buffer, wont be able to scratch anymore (well it'll be tricky) but at least i can run the vst now :)

thanks

p.s is there any chance the bbe process could damage any of my equipment as im mainly using it to get the punch out of drum n bass music, it really brings out the bass big time, sennheiser hd25/krk vxt4 speakers
