Having trouble setting up Audio and MIDI for CDJ400s

Hi all, I am new to Cross, and I am trying to run the program using my 2 cdj400s and an external mixer, and my PC. For some reason I cannot control the songs from my controllers. Can anyone help me on what I need to to do in the audio and MIDI setup to get this to work. Thanks for your help in advance.

Remember to go Options-Preferences-Midi, then you choose your cdj's... but first you'r cdj should me in the presset ona in MIDI CHANNEL 1 and the other in MIDI Channel 2.... ( you set them in the configuration of the CDJ ( internal of that device )... also if that doesn't work you after you set them as controllers ( in your PC ), close mixvibess, turn them ON... and now open the software :)

No luck on getting the cdj400s to work. I get sound through my external mixer, but the controllers do not work, I can only control from the PC. Here is what I have my preferences set too. And both cdjs are set to midi1 and midi2 separately.

Audio
Pioneer CDJ-400 ASIO

Active Input
Nothing

Active Output
CDJ-4001(1)
CDJ-4001(2)
CDJ-4002(1)
CDJ-4002(2)

Routing
External Mixer

MIDI
MIDI 1
Pioneercdj-400midi MIDI Channel 1

MIDI 2
Pioneercdj-400midi MIDI Channel 2

For both MIDI I select the cdj400 picture for mapping.
If anyone can help that would be great! Thanks in advance!

Hi,
Look at the screenshots below to configure the MIDI setup of the two cdj's together.

Hi again,
So I have tried what has been suggested and it looks as if the CDJ buttons I press, light up the corresponding buttons on the mixvibes screen. But I cannot get the Play/Pause button on my CDJ to start the song in mixvibes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello all, and thanks for your help! I am getting closer to getting everything to work, I have one little step left! I am now getting sound to come through my external mixer but only for one CDJ 400 controller. The other controller looks like it still controls the other deck but I am getting no sound. I can see it controlling on screen and the track is playing but no sound! Any recommendations on why this is happening and how I can fix it.
I have setup the MIDI controls like shown above in the screen shots, and controlling seems great, but only sound coming from one controller.
I noticed under the audio preferences, under output 1, I have selected: output1/output2. Under output 2 nothing is selected. When I try to click on Output1/output2 for that, it switches sound to the other deck, but takes away from the original deck.
How can I get both decks to be heard through the external mixer, so I can use the mixer to control the mix?
Thanks for help!
