i-mix + Mixvibes 3DEX LE 7.119 problem with Windows 7

Dear All,

I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit, and I have a problem loading the Mixvibes 3DEX LE 7.119, even when the DJ Tech i-mix is properly connected and drivers installed.

The Mixvibes 3DEX LE 7.119 was downloaded from here:
Update 3DEX LE i-Mix Edition 7.119 & releases notes

When I start the program, it will say that my i-mix was not connected and therefore the program will not start.

However, when i downgrade back to 6.414 (the version that came with the i-mix, it will have no problem at all...

I used to use the 7.119 version with the same computer running windows vista Ultimate 32bit with no problem at all...

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? I would appreciate if anyone could show me how to get around this problem. Thanks!

Oh, another update....

I uninstalled everything and reinstall them again (trying to see if there's any luck in getting it to work)... this time, even the older version that came with the DJ-tech i-mix is not working...

I guess there might be some registry/files left by the previous install that is causing this "i-mix is not plugged in" problem.

Thanks!
