a while ago and some years ago i mentioned that the function "group"
didn't work.

This function is still not working, i'm working a couple of years now with MV but this function isn't very clear and i can't get it work.

Is there something i do wrong? it seems to be very simple but something isn't right here. click on group then "add selected item(s) in group" ??? here it stops

I tried it to realize what you are talking about and if I have to deal with the same problem. Unfortunately I have to tell you that it works fine with my version (DVS 7.218). I believe that the only problem that may occur is that you have to click on the tracks in the "All" Group. This is - as I think - a kind of master group out of which you only can sort tracks.

Please try the following: Click on your first group (in my german version it is called "Alles", in english it should be called "All" and excuse if I do not know what it means in dutch). Select any track you like and do what you described. It should work, if not please reply so that the Mixvibes Team knows that there is still an error.

ai,ai,ai. as former betatester i should now this.... it is the part of MV what i never use hahaha.
Just have to go to the selection area, right click on All and create a group..
Then you have the possibilty to add songs in a particulair group in the mediabase function..

I Have some problems with the groups, i add a couple of groups in the selection area. but in the dropdown menu i do not see all the groups i added.
Is this dropdown list (add item to group) limited?? and what can i do about it to expand it?

With how many groups are you working? I just added some to my mediabase (25-30 groups) and there was no error.

GRRRR,

Had a gig last weekend, everything went wrong, suddenly MV starting to do crazy things pffff.
Channel 2 ok, channel 1 on both outputs, my MIDI controller didn't react anymore.
Mediabase crascht, all the groups i created are gone.

Holy crap, it wasn't very fine in a full club and getting pretty nervous

UIH! Did you realize where this crazy stuff came from???
