serial number have problem maybe!!! because it say that it already used!!!! 3 monthe ago i had another login name but i couldn't remeber this profil and make another!!!!

If you can, see if you can use the password recovery. If that doesn't work, send a PM to N-deep with your serial number and a proof of purchase (receipt, etc.) and your other account name.

the problem it was that i can't remeber the other account name!!! and how to send to pm my serial number!!! i'm new there and i don't know the side!!! i'm sorry and thx for your help!!! if you can tell me how to do this
