DVS Worked when I shut down, not when I started up!

I got all my update problems sorted & everything was working yesterday. I powered off the decks, mixer & U46 + laptop.

I turned on decks, mixer, laptop then U46 today & the discs don't operate the files. I'm just hearing the tone from the stylus. Nothing has changed from yesterday regarding set up.

What am I overlooking?


The only thing was that I removed & replaced the styluses from my decks..

I just recalibrated which has sorted it.. is that always necessary? Did I do something?

Also, is recalibration always needed when conected to a different setup? I'll be using it at Youth Club & Home..

I originally set latency to the recommended, but not convinced it responded truly as a record.. struggled more. I'll try the 1.5ms minimum.. hopefully no audible discrepencies.

This is a problem a lot of people are having. If you startup please click through the installation wizard, after the successful configuration this should work again. If so please mark the following box in the options:

Options - Audio Interface

at the end there must be something like: Save U46MKII configuration

This should be marked. Then save and try again.
