Maya 44 SE not working on the RTM release of Windows7

Postby goonie on 04 Aug 2009, 23:59

Hello,

I am probably not at the correct place but i don't know where else to post my question.

After some test i confirm that since the Build 7100, the Maya 44 SE driver 2.8.17 doesn't work on Windows Seven. This include the 7600 (RTM).

In hope a new driver will be created, who can i inform or contact ?

Does anyone has an idea ?

Thanks in advance.

I've heard that there is a XP mode in Windows 7 that you can turn on. If you do so this might solve your problem?! I am not sure, I do not use Win7, but maybe you can try this if no one else has the right solution.

Yes i can confirm that it works with Asio4all drivers.

But you cannot play and record and the same time.

That is unfortunately a hardware question. I use a MD recorder to record my mixes and record this with my laptop afterwards. Takes some time but so I listened to my mix and can say if it is worth to record or not ;)
