[SOLVED]mixvibes cracks constantly

Hello,

I just re-installed mixvibes on my PC (vista) and I can't get it working smooth. I have constantly cracks in my sound, is to get crazy. I have installed the latest version of the u46mk2 driver and latest version of mixvibes. This is my configuration report:

Did you optimize your system for audio? There is a how to somewhere in this forum...

in the tips and tutorial section under the heading of optimizing xp for mixvibes ,,should give some help and maybe aveneues to persue, let us know how its goes also look in the help section under similiar issues

i'm using not XP but vista.

i've deleted the drivers and installed asio4all v2. now it's working OK.
I didn't know because before i was running it on xp and there it works with the normal driver.

but has new problem: i can't drag my music files from my windows explorer to mixvibes. i have to do always "add music".. anyone who knows why? before i could just select a track in windows explorer and just sleep it to mixvibes, now it doesn't do it ..

good work of it get the oppunity to ckeck out the posting on xp optimization should help out the overall performance

Hi Lexic, try disabling user account control in Vista's control panel.

Ok fine, thanks that fixed the problem!

But now a new problem appeared :p

If i wanna play my tracks, they're playing on the same channel on my extern mixer! Everything is configured OK and all cables are connected like it should.. i tested with my old laptop and everything worked fine, but with my new one i have my both music channels on the same channel of my extern mixer? very strange...

On the skin, make sure they're both not set to "01". That number determines what channel the sound comes out of.
