MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi!
I just bought a DJ tech i-Mix and it wont work.
I have installed the Mixvibes software and connected the controller but I cant use it to control the music. However, when i use the mouse to start a track the lights (play, cue etc.) seems to be working but it does not send any data to the computer.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

have you selected the i-mix config file in the MIDI setup?

Yes, I've downloaded the latest updates and config files but still have the same problem. Data is sent from the computer to the i-mix (lights flashes) but not the other way:(

Run the MIDI option menu and click on active. Select the iMix MIDI preset. Click on OK.

Are you on Vista or XP ?
Is your Imix detected by windows ? Do you hear the USB typical sound of a device being connected ?
