Cross vinyl configuration problem

hey,

i just got the Cross demo for the mac and i'm trying to setup the vinyl but i get no signal.
everything is plugged in correct since i just switched the usb plug from my PC to the macbook. and on the PC everything works fine.

Cross automaticallly noticed the u46 as soundcard.
in the mac settings i changed the output to the u46 and the input also. i can now hear the vinyl sound. then i start Cross and the vinyl sound stops - i can't get a signal of the vinyl code in the vinyl setup.

what am i doing wrong?
maybe someone can help

Hi,

please try by posting a summary of the settings you have in the Cross preference window. I think that as first we can try to check the Audio settings and the Control Vinyl settings.

hey, ok the settings are set like this:

left control deck is marked

Input: is the mkII soundcard
control media: mv vinyl
inputlevel: phono

ok, sounds good.

try to post also the main audio settings, the page with the sound card selection, the in/out and the virtual cabling.
may be something to do with the activation of the channels or with the routing.
