you know i actually fixed it coz the problem was in the latency i was running it on 48 and switch it to 128 and now works like heaven. But why does it run at 128 good and if you lower it is shity?

When the latency is too low then you may get syncronisation problems, the shity sound. (depends of the config & hardware)
