Serial number not allowing access to downloads

Hi all

I registered my acount & input my serial number but I still cant access the downloads.

Having issues with my setup as I cant calibrate one of my decks for some reason. Also I cant control the tracks on my decks.

Would really appreciate any insights

Oooppps my bad! I kept trying click the download tab at the top & thats when I read bout putting having to put in my serial number.

Latest issue is have downloaded the update for DVS & U46 but now when I try log into DVS it tells me that my serial number is not correct.

I didnt see anywhere on the downloads where I had to enter my serial number again!

How do I get past this latest dilema?

Talking about a software issue.

When I click on DVS on my desktop I get an error msg saying serial number is not correct. The DVS icon has a Windows shield on it.

Did you remove the original setup after updating your software? The update cannot work stand alone. Install the software from the original CD then do the update.

Aha I did remove the software.
