Mixvibes 7 & Hercules Mk2 Console Crash

I have a Dell D520 with Windows Xp home edition 4Gb ram and Other software is loaded with Mixvibes 7 on the same hard drive. I open Msconfig to turn off SOME SERVICES ALSO START UP PROGRAMS. See 3 pictures attached.

Problem:Mixvibes 7 & Hercules Mk2 Console Crash keeps crashing and it takes tame to REBOOT. What Can I do to stop the Crashes?

Thank for the usefull screenshots. Are you sure you shutdown unusefull programs? Where did you get these tips from?

A local computer tech. made suggestions to turn off un-needed services also programs.

I still have many programs running.
MSCONFIG: will tell you how to HAVE SERVICES ON STARTUP
OR MANUAL to save RAM/MEMORY.

Try your laptop or computer go to START THEN RUN AND DIAL MSCONFIG.
