Hi,

i was the last months and still am really busy and didnt have any time for dj-ing. Now i have the weekend and wanted to download the latest updates for Producer and the forum says that iam banned? I have my profile complete with the serial etc. Can you please tell me whats up?

you dont look banned to me, lol.

what user name are you logging in whith when it says you are banned?

gakto: i log in with my username defjam01. I go to the download section and it says that iam banned etc...

uploaded a screenshot. it also says that i havent updated my profile with my serial number but i did long time ago...

can you copy and paste into the this thread the message you get... i do not see any sign of you having been banned. it is also strange how you can get onto the forum.

it could be something to do with your serial number.

I never saw before this message we must wait monday to do anything. I didn't remember you are banned! I checked the banned list of users you aren't on it.

we sorted it out via pm, i check all the banning lists and as you say he is on none of them, i guess the problem could be with the serial db so i asked the user to contact the support team with his details and a note of our conversation.

Yes, thanks i wrote an e-mail to the support team. Hope i get monday an answer/sollution

The user is not on any banning list at all, the IP banning module does not work for me though the fact that the user can sign in with his own account details would suggest that he is not banned at all (user also has dynamic IP).

maybe a problem with serial verification?
