i know this isnt a support forum for DJ tech products, but there isnt any support forum from DJ tech and i thought maybe someone knows my problem or know how ta fix it:

i tried to put vinyl on it and there was no sound, even tho everything was wired correctly. i wanted to switch it from phono to line but went on the wrong switch, which switched the volt. from 230 to 115. i only saw a little flash, and now i cant turn it on anymore whatever i try.

do u know any solutions ? any way to repair it by urself ?

Yes, it sounds very much like you have overloaded the transformer inside the turntable. This no doubt will not be a cheap fix and most likely not covered under any warranty.

On the plus side, the chances are you have not damaged anything beyond the transformer so if you are handy with a soldering iron and manage to track down the parts, you may be able to fix it yourself.

i do not know any of the parts and where to buy them etc. if anyone know pls pm me and maybe we can talk, to explain in detail what i ve got to do. i would also pay for advice since buying a new turntable is f***ing expensive, but what i dont get is why my tt didnt work at the beginning, nor with vinyl or with timecoded vinyl, there was no sound coming out...

THX 4 any help
